Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans can change. If you need to cancel your reservation, please notify us at least 7 days before your scheduled check-in date to receive a full refund.

Cancellations made within 7 days of arrival, or no-shows, will result in no refund, and Starlight Stays reserves the right to retain the full amount of the reservation.

House Rules

To ensure a safe, clean, and enjoyable stay for all guests, we kindly ask that you follow the house rules below:

🚭 No Smoking or Vaping Indoors

Smoking or vaping inside the property is strictly prohibited. Please use designated outdoor areas if you wish to smoke or vape.

🐾 No Pets Allowed

Unfortunately, we are unable to accommodate pets at the property.

🎉 No Parties

Parties are not permitted at the property under any circumstances.

👰‍♀️🤵‍♂️ Hen & Stag Do Friendly (With Boundaries!)

We welcome stag and hen groups, provided that all celebrations take place off-site. The property must remain a quiet and respectful space.

✨ No Glitter or Wall Decorations

Please do not use glitter products or attach decorations to the walls using sellotape, Blu Tack, or any adhesives.

🛌 Visitors & Overnight Guests

Visitors are welcome during the day but are not permitted to stay overnight unless pre-approved by the host and the reservation has been updated accordingly.
